1. General
- I reserve the right to refuse an order, or a request made during the commission process for any reason
- You are welcome to place another order while I’m working on your current one, but it will be put at the end of my queue, and I will finish what I’m working on first. I will not leave an order half-way done to prioritize a new one. If you place multiple orders at once and want them done in a certain order, please let me know before I start working on them!
- You are expected to provide at least one clear, digitally drawn reference image of your character. I will not work off of written descriptions, photos or traditional references. Game screenshots are acceptable if they are clear enough.
Please make sure you let me know about every detail pertaining to the commission and your character before I get started. I will not add extra accessories or details not present on your references and not discussed before the start of the commission.
- My T.O.S is subject to change and updates as I see fit. Last edited: 29/08/2026 (29th of August 2026)2. Payment
- Payment is to be done via PayPal, Ko-fi or VGen
- Full payment is expected upfront
- When paying with PayPal I can either send you an invoice or my PayPal.me link, depending on your preference3. Refunds
- I do not issue refunds for finished works or adoptables
- If I am unable to finish your order, I will offer a full refund
- If you cancel an order before I’ve started, I will offer a full refund. If you cancel any time after that, I will only provide a partial refund depending on how much progress has already been made.4. Usage rights
- You may post the art anywhere you wish with proper credits
- I reserve the right to post the art on my social media (DeviantArt, Toyhouse and Bluesky), and to use it as examples of my work. If you do not wish for your commission to be displayed this way, it is possible to pay a privacy fee of 50% of the commission price to keep it private!
- You may use the art in any personal way (as a profile picture, bio decoration, etc.)
- Commercial use is possible, this will incur a fee of +100% of the order’s price
- You may not use my art in any form for anything relating to AI or NFTs5. Turnaround, edits and communication
- My turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from payment, but I may finish earlier. If I’m any later than that, I will let you know why and how late I’m expecting to be, I will always communicate clearly about the process of your order
- I will send WIPs of your commission at every stage of my process (rough sketch, clean sketch/lineart (except for symmetry icons), flat colors (in the case of rendered pieces)). I am happy to change the pose and/or expression if it’s not what you envisioned, but only at the rough sketch phase. After that, I will only make minor edits unless I missed character details. Please note that you can not switch the character you wish to be drawn as part of the revision process.
- When delivering the final product, you will get another chance to point out any mistakes or character details I might have missed. I will gladly do two rounds of edits, anything more might incur an extra fee! I will not add extra details we haven’t previously discussed at this stage.
- I will only make edits to finished pieces up to 1 week after it has been sent off
- You can see my workload and follow the progress of your order on my Trello. Feel free to reach out if you feel like your order is taking too long! I’m always happy to communicate with my buyers6. Contact information
